Most orders placed before 2PM MST typically ship the same day from Salt Lake City, UT. Orders placed after 2PM will ship out the next business day.
West Coast: 1-3 Business Days
East Cost: 4-7 Business Days

For New & Unopened Products: 30 day return window for any new, unopened, undamaged, and unused items.
Please Note: return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility for any returns or exchanges.
For Used & Closeout Products: All used gear and closeout products are sold as-is and are non-returnable.

We do not adjust bindings before shipping and here’s why: for safety reasons, bindings need to be adjusted and tested in person by a certified technician, based on your exact boot size, weight, height, and skier type. That final adjustment is something we always recommend getting done by a certified tech at your local shop.

It varies! Each product page includes detailed info and photos specific to that exact piece of gear, so what you see is what you’re getting. All skis with bindings are tested by one of our certified technicians before going out, so you can trust they’re safe and good to go. If you ever have questions about a particular item, feel free to reach out at sales@ajmotionsports.com, we’re happy to walk you through it.
